Return and replacement process

1. Within 14 days of shipment, you can contact Chip Max Electronics' online customer service to feed back your product problems.

2. After receiving the return and replacement application, the customer service personnel will contact you to confirm the problem.
3. After confirmation, the customer service personnel will approve the return and replacement application, and send an email to your website registration mailbox to notify the details of the return and replacement.
4. After receiving the mail, you should send the goods to the designated address as soon as possible.
5. Chip Max Electronics will arrange corresponding refund or re shipment after receiving the return and acceptance.
